- Genealogical Research Institute of Pittsburgh (GRIP) in Pittsburgh, PA; June 23-28, 2019
- Genealogical Research Institute of Pittsburgh (GRIP) in Amherst, NY; July 14-19, 2019
- Institute on Genealogy and Historical Research (IGHR) in Athens, GA; July 21-26, 2019

- SLIG Academy for Professionals in Salt Lake City, UT; January 20-24, 2020
You can apply here.
How do we find out what courses will be offered at SLIG and the SLIG Academy in 2020? All I can find is what’s on tap for 2019.
Thanks!
The 2020 SLIG courses may not be posted before the application deadline. In your application, list the 2019 offering that you’d most like to take. The scholarship committee understands that your selection might change depending on what the final course listings are.
In your post, the July 14-19 session for GRIP gives Amherst, NY as the location. But on the ProGen website, it says Pittsburgh. Do you know which location is correct?
Important to me because I would not need lodging for Amherst.
Thank you for posting this!
GRIP offers two sessions, one in Pittsburgh and one in Amherst. Good luck with the scholarship application!
